Autoresponders are widely used nowadays by many businessmen in order to build better contacts with clients. If is a good form of showing the respect for them because they know that you – businessman – tries to do everything to satisfy them and in order to show that you want to be still in touch with them, you install a software providing you with an autoresponders that enable you to send emails from email box even If you cannot do it physically in a direct way. This are short email messages that are automatically sent by your email box to anybody who sends you anything. It is a kind of an answer but you do not put any effort in it. It just informs your clients that you are temporarily unavailable and that you will write back as soon as possible. Autoresponders are a good options if you know how to use it , you check what somebody has written for you and then you answer it without much delay. But client, after such a message will wait politely for your answer. So both sites will be content.
