Email footer is a place in the email message where some important information are given. The person who has received an online letter, may find at the bottom of a message some data about the sender and the company which he represents. But the normal Internet users, like you and me, who use the email messages to communicate with friend or family, do not often look at email footer. They know the sender and that is why they are not interested in some other information about him. They do not want to bother themselves with an unnecessary content. And their attitude is completely comprehensible. But the businessmen are more interested in the information from the email footer. For them there is a difference if a message was sent by one company or another and they used the data given for their purposes and further communication. Of course, the bottom part of a message is always filled with some data about the sender, it is nothing strange or abnormal, but this is worth mentioning that somebody looks at it and somebody does not.
