Email tracking is a method used nowadays for finding out if the email which we have sent has been delivered without any errors. Thanks to that option we receive information about the time and date of opening the message and probable reading it by the recipient. It is a useful tool especially when we are working with clients and we want to know if they read our email which contain for example some advertisements or attractive offers. Email tracking is not available in all email boxes. If we want to get those additional information about our message’s route we need to have a special software. Email tracking program is quite expensive so not many people can afford them and mainly the big company’s member have got it because they need it in their work. That kind of method enables us also to see the IP number of the message receiver, date of its delivery and time of its opening. No wonder that not every user of email box has need all these additional information in their everyday communicating via Internet.
