Emailing database can be a set of contacts that are use for email advertising campaigns. This is subscribed list of customers obtained from forms online. It is necessary because if you start to use unauthenticated email addresses you will be reported as a spammer, in which case you will not be able to send any emails to these people. If your contact will be reported to filter’s black list this emailing database will be updated and whoever will use this filter you will be blocked to send an email to this person. If you are exercising e – advertisements this is the worst scenario you could get. Being unable to commercialise your products is the worst scenario. No advert means less people will learn about your company and product and this will result in smaller sale. Emailing database is also black and white lists used by filters. These lists will provide information if certain person is a spammer or not. Databases are very important for email advertising and for security of ordinary people.
