Conversion rate is another value that is used by statisticians to visualise the effectiveness of advertisements. Official definition tell  us that conversion rate is a ratio of visitors of a website (or anything else that has to do with internet marketing) that turn from being just a passive viewer to viewer that take desired action over a passive viewer who does not take any action. This simple formula is used by many marketers and is applied to different areas of internet marketing. Conversion rate can be mainly used in email advertising when it is easy to check number of viewers and how many of them have turned to active customers. Depending on the area, that conversion rate is applied, there are different ways to improve it. If it is a website that is supposed to attract customers good idea would be to extent its content and describe everything giving lots of details about the product so that customers are well informed and you will avoid any misunderstandings.
