Dear Sir, I saw your advertisement in Issue two of New Streetwise and I am writing in the hope that you might help me to find the job. I would like to be a shop assistant. I am sixteen years old and I have already left secondary school. I have not got enough money to continue studying. I have always been good at maths and I have recently won an advanced competition . I like talking and I love people. I have been helping in my uncle’s shop for five years, so I am very hard working, honest and enthusiastic. I also think I am nice. I have always wanted to work in a shop and I felt very upset after my uncle’s death, when they closed his shop. I would be very happy if you could help me, I look forward to hearing from you. I wrote it when I was 16. I got this job and now I am working in a bigger enterprise, but I am always returning to those souvenirs when I was working at that place. Now I am working on informatics’ matters. For example bulk email marketing service. It is a bit more boring, but they pay well.
